Mentally Challenged:
Refers to those whose IQ is below 70-75 and who lack proper adaptive social behavior.
Both adults and children with mental retardation may also exhibit the following characteristics:
- Delays in oral language developement.
- Deficits in memory skills
- Difficulty learning social rules
- Difficulty with problem solving skills
- Delays in the development of adaptive behaviors such as self-help or self-care skills
- Lack of social inhibitors

i fully understand that some people are born retarded. but sometimes you just cant help it when u feel like killing them .i know i know. they cant help it too. there is probably no way that they can expand their pea-sized brain. which is unfortunate.
